By submitting a request, creating an account, or making a payment for a quotation issued by Neyo Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are booking care on behalf of an elderly parent, spouse, or relative, you represent that you have their consent or legal authority to arrange assistance on their behalf.

Neyo Care arranges and delivers verified in-home elder care visits. Our care coordinators assess your requirements, prepare customized visit schedules, and assign certified caregivers for scheduled visits. Available services include:

• Personal Care & Hygiene: Assisted bathing, sponge baths for bedridden seniors, dressing, oral care, and gentle mobility.
• Companionship & Wellness: Conversation in Tamil or English, cognitive stimulation, memory routines, accompanied neighborhood walks, and isolation relief.
• Post-Operative Recovery: Attendant care following hospital discharge (e.g. orthopedic or cardiac surgery), transfer assistance, and hydration schedules.
• Appointment Escort: Accompaniment to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics across Chennai.

Clinical Scope Limitation: Our caregivers are trained professional attendants, not registered nurses or physicians. They do not administer IV injections, perform surgical procedures, or provide medical diagnoses unless explicitly specified in a clinical care plan overseen by a registered medical practitioner.

To eliminate the stress of paying upfront without confirmed staff, Neyo Care operates strictly on an Availability-First guarantee:

• When a quote is issued, the matched caregiver's schedule is locked and held for exactly 48 hours.
• Overlap prevention software ensures the caregiver cannot be double-booked by any other family during this period.
• You have 48 hours to review the pricing, care plan, and caregiver profile before confirming payment.
• If payment is not completed before the 48-hour timer expires, the hold is released automatically to keep availability fair for other families.

• Free Consultation: Submitting a care request on our public portal is completely free and creates no financial obligation.
• Service Area Coverage: We currently operate throughout Chennai (pincode prefix 600). Key active neighborhoods include Adyar, Besant Nagar, Mylapore, Alwarpet, R.A. Puram, T. Nagar, Anna Nagar, Kilpauk, Nungambakkam, Velachery, Thiruvanmiyur, Porur, and OMR.
• Requests Outside Chennai: Requests from suburban or neighboring districts are placed on our warm priority waitlist. Our care coordinators will notify you as soon as verified caregivers expand into your pincode.

• Transparent Quotations: You receive an official Neyo Care quotation link (`/q/:token`) detailing total fees, visit count, duration, and services included. There are zero hidden convenience charges.
• Secure Online Checkout: Payments are processed via Razorpay (`/pay/:token`). Neyo Care never views or records your payment card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
• Cancellation Before Visit: If you need to cancel a scheduled visit before the caregiver departs, you may do so directly through the Customer Portal or by calling your coordinator. Eligible refunds are processed promptly to the original payment source.

• Accurate Information: Please provide truthful health and mobility details (e.g. fall history, cognitive challenges, agitation triggers) so our caregiver is properly prepared and equipped.
• Safe & Dignified Environment: Families must provide a safe, respectful environment for caregivers. Caregivers must be treated with dignity and courtesy at all times.
• Zero Tolerance: Neyo Care strictly prohibits verbal abuse, harassment, or unsafe physical demands. We reserve the right to immediately withdraw staff and terminate service if caregiver safety or dignity is compromised.

If an acute medical emergency arises during a visit (e.g. chest pain, severe shortness of breath, loss of consciousness, or acute trauma), the caregiver's immediate duty is to alert emergency services (108 / nearest hospital) and notify the family emergency contact immediately. Caregivers provide comforting first-aid within their training until paramedics arrive.

Neyo Care conducts rigorous background checks, document verification, and in-person interviews for all caregivers. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure high standards of compassionate care, our legal liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific visit in question, to the fullest extent permitted under Indian law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

We may update these terms periodically to reflect service enhancements, statutory regulations, or operational improvements. Meaningful changes will be highlighted with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Neyo Care following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
